Confirm the selected hardware and written order details before paying. Delivery charges, dispatch timing and support conditions depend on the product, quantity and destination.

What information should I send?

Tell us the product name, quantity, country and postal code, intended setting and any personalization request. If you have a date-sensitive project, include the required arrival date so feasibility can be checked before an order is agreed.

How do the quoted gift products work?

Holo Box, Holo Globe and Fan Light Stick use enquiry pages. They do not accept zero-price checkout orders. Ask for the current configuration, price, package, available customization and shipping quote. A sample image does not establish included content or accessories.

What should I check for a desktop display?

Confirm the exact P30S or P20S revision, dimensions, power equipment, plug, enclosure, control software and content requirements. P20S capacity, runtime and LED specifications should be confirmed for the selected revision rather than inferred from another marketplace listing.

Is shipping included?

Do not assume that displayed product prices include delivery, import duties or taxes. Ask for the destination-specific quote and the applicable checkout or written order terms. Dispatch and transit estimates should be confirmed for your order; this page does not promise a universal delivery time.

What about returns, warranty and damage?

Request the applicable return process, eligibility, return shipping responsibilities and warranty scope before an order is agreed. Those commercial conditions have not been standardized on this guide. If an item arrives damaged or does not match the agreed configuration, keep the packaging and send your order reference, photos and a description through our contact channels so the issue can be assessed.

Can you check my content file?

Send a sample and the selected hardware revision. Confirm the supported file format, canvas, encoding and transfer workflow before commissioning a content library. Product footage is a demonstration of the effect and does not establish compatibility with every file or application.
